"Great Experience"

We woke up to wet carpet in our master closet. After turning the water off and calling our plumber, he said the leak was below the surface. He suggested I call American Leak Detection to try to pinpoint the leak. Ishmael was our technician. He arrived earlier than quoted. He was tremendous. He did an electronic leak detection test and an air leak detection test. He located the leak. He explained everything. He also talked to my plumber and told him what he had found and what he thought. Later that day, Ishmael texted me to see how it was going. I thought that was amazing. Ishmael was a real blessing in the midst of bad situation with our leaking pipe. After 2 plumbers came out and was unable to find a leak they referred me to American Leak Detection. I called and set up an appointment for the following day. Jimmy Childs came at the appointment time, he was professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. He checked the plumbing in the house for leaks first. Then checked around the water meter. He used an amplifier systems to locate the exact location. He dug in the ground and the water started flowing. It took him no more than an hour to locate the leak. I appreciate a job well done.

I was referred to American leak Detectors by a neighbor, that is a plumber and booked up for weeks. A very professional, and honest, organization, Tallie, the young serviceman, found the problem in a few minutes, that I had been overlooking for a week while digging up my yard. I was convinced I had traced the leak to a hot water line under the slab, which would have been a costly, and messy job to repair. Tallie discovered a pressure/temperature relief valve leaking on the water heater, that I had somehow missed! A new valve cost $15.00 and I installed it myself!
